We’re excited to introduce the all-new ConnectBooks dashboard — designed to give you instant clarity and deeper insights into your business performance the moment you log in.

At-a-Glance Metrics

Right at the top, you'll find key performance indicators presented in clean, easy-to-read tiles. These include:

  • Sales (split between ad sales and organic sales)

  • Orders (with a breakdown of units sold vs. actual order count)

  • Refunds (including refund totals, refund rates, and replacements)

  • Ad Spend (with ACOS and TACOS metrics)

  • Profit (showing ROI and profit margins)

Each tile provides not just the raw numbers but also deeper insights to help you understand what’s driving performance.

Powerful Time Comparisons

By default, the dashboard displays data from the beginning of the current month up to today and automatically compares it with the same date range from the previous month. For example, if today is March 25, you'll see metrics from March 1–25 compared to February 1–25.

This automatic, real-time comparison lets you instantly spot performance trends and make faster, data-driven decisions without manual analysis.

You can also customize the time range however you like — whether it's:

  • Today → compared to Yesterday

  • Yesterday → compared to the day before

  • This Week → compared to same days last week

  • Last Month → compared to the month prior

  • Custom date range (like Black Friday this year vs. last year)

Performance Over Time

The central dashboard chart lets you track and compare key metrics over time, such as sales, ad spend, ad sales, profit, ACOS, TACOS, orders, and organic sales. Switch between vertical or horizontal layouts and easily spot trends and opportunities.

Financial Breakdown

Instead of running a full P&L report separately, users can see a full financial breakdown in the dashboard. Hovering over data shows the comparison of current and past financial data.

Filter Your Data Your Way

Take control of your insights by drilling down into exactly what matters to you. You can filter your dashboard to focus on:

  • Specific SKUs or ASINs – zero in on individual products to track their performance in detail.

  • Categories – view grouped items, such as by brand or custom-defined collections. You can assign categories directly from the Listings page.

Quick Insights at a Glance

At the bottom of the dashboard, you'll find a snapshot of:

  • Most and least profitable items

  • Top and bottom revenue generators

  • Best and worst ROI performers

This gives you a clear view of what's driving results—and what's not—so you can make smarter decisions, faster.
