To bring every order into QuickBooks individually, you need to be on the Diamond plan. This option is not available on the Lite or Gold plans.
A ConnectBooks admin must enable this setting. Please reach out to ConnectBooks Support and they will help turn on the Single Orders option in your QuickBooks settings.
