From the Settlements page, click Export.
After 5 seconds to one minute, the Success Done window opens and the Export button is now an orange Syncing icon. This means your data has been exported out of ConnectBooks but not yet received by QuickBooks.
To finish the import, go to the open QBs files, select File.
Select Update Web Services.
A Web Connector QuickBooks window opens.
Select the checkbox adjacent to the business name.
Click Update Selected.
The Web Connector app starts to run. This may take between a half a minute to a few minutes depending on how many Settlements were imported and the Settlement’s size.
