Once your QuickBooks Desktop file is integrated with ConnectBooks, you are ready to start exporting. If it's not integrated yet, click here to learn how to connect it.

Navigate to the Accounting Export page, and Select the store you want to work on.

On this page, you can see all your marketplace payouts, and export them to QuickBooks Desktop.

Note: Before importing any data into QuickBooks Desktop, it is strongly recommended to close all open windows in QB and switch to single-user mode. This ensures a smoother import process and helps to avoid potential data conflicts.

Click the green Export button in the "Accounting Export Status" column, Upon clicking, the status will change to "Syncing," indicating that the data transfer is ready to start syncing.

  1. Open your QB desktop file, and select File on the top left of the screen.

  2. Select Update Web Services.

  3. A Web Connector QuickBooks window will open.

  4. Select the checkbox adjacent to the business name.

  5. Click Update Selected.

Please allow a few minutes for the sync to complete. Once the sync is successful, the status on ConnectBooks will update to "Exported".
