Adding an additional Amazon marketplace within the same company is free. For example, connecting your Amazon USA store and adding Amazon CA, MX or UK incurs no extra cost. However, adding a marketplace from a different Amazon company costs $25 per month.
Other Marketplaces:
Adding any non-Amazon marketplace costs $25 per month.
