Your QuickBooks plan has hit one of its limits. ConnectBooks tried to add something new, and QuickBooks said no.
The limits
Simple Start, Essentials and Plus: up to 250 accounts.
Plus: up to 40 classes and locations together. A class is a tag that groups your numbers.
Advanced: no limits.
How to fix it
Pick one:
Make room. In QuickBooks, turn off (make inactive) accounts, classes or locations you don't use. Inactive ones don't count.
Upgrade. Move to a bigger QuickBooks plan.
Then, in ConnectBooks, go to Accounting Export. Click the 3 dots on the settlement and choose "Resend to QuickBooks".
