If you need to correct an error or make changes to a settlement already exported to QuickBooks, ConnectBooks provides an easy undo button. This feature allows you to pull out all the settlement data that ConnectBooks imported into QuickBooks, making adjustments simple and efficient.

Delete From QuickBooks:

Navigate to the Accounting Export page, find the settlement you want to delete, and click on the "More" button next to the "Exported" status.

Click on "Delete from QuickBooks"

If you have QuickBooks Online, the settlement will start getting deleted right away, and once it's deleted, the status will change to "Deleted."

If you have QuickBooks Desktop, the settlement status will change to "Deleting." You will then need to update the web connector for the deletion process to complete. Once deleted the status will change to "Deleted".

Reimporting a settlement to QuickBooks:

If you are ready to import the settlement again to QuickBooks, it's a simple reverse process. Just click "Resend to QuickBooks," and the settlement will be reimported.
