If a settlement you sent to QuickBooks has an error or needs changes, you can delete it from QuickBooks. This removes all the settlement data ConnectBooks sent to QuickBooks. Then you can fix it and send it again.
Delete a settlement from QuickBooks
Go to the Accounting Export page and find the settlement.
Click the ... menu at the end of the settlement row.
Click Delete from QuickBooks. If you see Settlement, COGS and Both, pick what you want to delete.
QuickBooks Online: The settlement starts deleting right away. When it's done, the status changes to "Deleted".
QuickBooks Desktop: The status changes to "Deleting...". Update the web connector to finish. When it's done, the status changes to "Deleted".
Send the settlement again
When you're ready, click the ... menu at the end of the settlement row, then click Resend to QuickBooks. If you see Settlement, COGS and Both, pick what you want to resend.
