How to Automatically Show Item Descriptions on All Purchase Orders and Invoice PDFs

Want item descriptions to automatically appear on all your Purchase Order and Invoice PDFs? It's a one-step toggle.

  1. Go to Stores & Files β†’ Inventory Files β†’ File Settings.

  2. In the left panel, click Purchasing & Vendors.

  3. Click the Company Info button.

  4. In the popup, toggle on Export with Description.

That's it β€” item descriptions will now appear on all generated PO and Invoice PDFs.
