How to Add Your Company Logo to Purchase Orders or Invoice PDFs

Adding your company logo ensures it appears invoices, and purchase orders. Follow the steps below to upload your logo.

Step 1: Go to Stores & Files

  1. From the left menu, click Stores & Files.

  2. Select the inventory files tab

  3. Click File Settings.

Step 2: Open Company Info

  1. In the left panel, click Purchasing & Vendors.

  2. Click the Company Info button.

A pop-up window titled Default Company Info will open.

Step 3: Upload Your Logo

  1. In the Default Company Address section, click the logo upload icon (image area).

  2. Choose your logo file from your computer.

  3. Make sure the image is clear and properly sized (PNG or JPG format is recommended).

Step 4: Save Changes

  1. After uploading the logo, click Save.

  2. Click Save again in the main File Settings page to apply the changes.

Your company logo will now appear on your exported bills, invoices, and purchase orders.
