How to Invite Your Accountant to ConnectBooks

You can give your accountant access to your ConnectBooks account at no extra cost. This makes it easy for them to view reports and manage your financial data.

Steps to Invite Your Accountant

  1. Log in to ConnectBooks.

  2. Click your profile icon (top right) and select Users.

  3. Click “Invite User”.

  4. Enter your accountant’s name and email.

  5. Choose the Accountant role.

  6. Click Invite.

Your accountant will get an email to set up their free account.

Accountant access is free and gives them the tools they need — without full admin control.


Manage Users Anytime

Go to the Users page to resend invites, edit, deactivate, or remove users.
