Only an Admin can become the new owner. Before starting the transfer, make sure the person is already an Admin on the account. If they are not, go to Settings > Users and either add them as an Admin or upgrade their role to Admin first.
Steps
Go to the user > click on the 3 dots next to his name
Click Transfer Ownership.
Enter your 2FA code.
Click Confirm Transfer.
Ownership switches immediately. You become an Admin. All data, integrations, and settings stay in place.
