When you run a Profit & Loss Report and select ConnectStock Cost with Fallback or Item Cost, you may see no cost on some line items. This is expected.
Fallback costs only apply to marketplace transactions. They don't apply to ConnectStock file data, like customer invoices. For those records, we pull the cost only if one is tied directly to the transaction. If no cost was attached, no cost is shown. A fallback value isn't used instead.
If you want a cost to show, make sure the transaction itself carries a cost, for example by entering a bill or recording the adjustment with a cost value.
