How the Temu integration works
Temu's API only sends order and refund information. There's no settlement or payout data, unlike channels such as Amazon.
So orders sync automatically, but payouts and some fees do not. To capture those, you need to import your payout data from Temu into ConnectBooks.
How to Import your Temu settlements
Download the settlement file from Seller Center:
Open Payments. Go to Finances → Payments.
Click the Payouts tab, between Overview and Statements.
Click "View statement details," then click your settlement period's orange link.
Click "View detail" in the Actions column.
Open the Download menu. In Transactions, click the dropdown arrow next to Download (upper right).
Click "Excel." The download starts automatically.
Two things to note:
A settlement can take some time to finish processing after you import it.
You can import older settlements going back to 2026.
