ConnectBooks saves a copy of your listing data every day. If you change your settings by mistake, you can download the copy from an earlier date. For example, you can get your QuickBooks mappings as they were on 01/01/2026.
You can do this on 3 tabs: QuickBooks or ConnectStock Mappings, Product Cost, and Inventory Settings.
To download a previous version
Go to Listings.
Select the store.
Select the tab that you need.
Click the arrow next to Export.
Click Previous version.
Enter the date.
Click Download.
What happens next
If the copy is from the last few days, the file downloads immediately.
If the copy is older, it is archived. ConnectBooks starts to get it, and this can take a few hours. Come back after a few hours and do steps 1 to 7 again. The file then downloads immediately.
To restore your settings
Open the file and make sure that the data is correct. Then click Import on the same tab and upload the file.
