How to turn off "Automatically apply credits" in QuickBooks Online.

1. Click the settings icon in the top right in your QuickBooks Online account.

2. Click on Account & Settings
3. Click on Advance
4. Under the Automation section turn off "Automatically apply credits" by clicking the check box.
