If your ConnectBooks account is currently connected to QuickBooks Online and authorized by an employee, you might not have the necessary permissions to import data.
To reconnect, log in to QuickBooks Online as an admin, then navigate to "Manage Stores," go to QuickBooks Online settings, and select "Reconnect to QuickBooks."
