This article will explain and detail some of the filter options you can use when viewing the product report

While the standard profit and loss report is powerful for viewing summary data, the product report is the source of truth, offering raw, original details for a deeper understanding. Here, you can delve into the raw transaction data for individual products, serving as both an analytical tool and a robust backup report.

Report columns:

Order ID: View all order IDs and click on any ID to redirect to the order report, where you can review all transactions associated with that order in detail.

Type: By default, all transaction types are displayed. You can customize this by selecting a different transaction type from the dropdown menu.

If you choose to view the report by adjustments, hovering over each adjustment will reveal the description.

Other fees: All fees, except for fulfillment and commission fees, are grouped together. You can view these fees by hovering over the icon in the column. If you want to see all fees as a column, you can export and download the report to Excel.

CB ID#: Quickly locate the settlement containing each transaction.

Download: When exported to Excel, the report expands to include detailed columns. All other fees and reasons for adjustments will appear as separate columns.

By accessing the product report, you gain insights beyond surface-level summaries, allowing you to make informed adjustments that optimize performance and maximize efficiency across your business.
