Amazon usually charges monthly storage fees on the 8th of the following month. For example, the storage fee for December is charged on January 8.
When this fee is recorded in ConnectBooks, it is backdated to the previous month and spread evenly across all the days in that month. In the example above, the December storage fee is divided equally across every day in December.
Important Note: You will see this fee appear in your ConnectBooks reports once the settlement that includes January 8 storage fee has closed.
If you prefer to see the fee posted on the actual charge date (such as January 8) instead of the month it applies to, you can reach out to ConnectBooks Support. They will update your settings so the fee shows based on the charge date.
