When you sign up for ConnectBooks, you will receive your first month of data for free, plus the last 6 weeks prior to your signup date, totaling 10 weeks of data at no cost.
Note that this offer is applicable only to active Amazon accounts connected to ConnectBooks.
If you wish to import data from previous months, ConnectBooks can retrieve data from Amazon going back up to 2 years. There is an additional fee for this service, which is 50% of your regular monthly price for each month of historical data you want. For example, if your regular monthly fee is $200, the backdating fee will be $100 per month of historical data.
All data retrieval requires an active Amazon account connected to ConnectBooks. If an account was previously disconnected, it must be reconnected to enable backdating. The data retrieval process may take several hours due to Amazon's API limitations and may require additional time for large accounts. Historical data can only be retrieved for up to two years.
To request backdating, simply contact our support team and specify the number of months you need. They will handle the rest.
