1. Connect Your QuickBooks File

Start by linking your QuickBooks file to ConnectBooks.

Once linked, you’ll need to connect your stores to the QuickBooks file.

2. Configure QuickBooks settings in ConnectBooks

Set up all the settings for how you’d like the data to flow into QuickBooks, from bank accounts to your chart of accounts and more.

3. Add Item Costs

To track Cost of Goods in ConnectBooks and import them to QuickBooks, enter item costs, you can also set different cost periods. If you dont want ConnectBooks to import cost of goods, simply turn off cogs import and COGS won’t be imported.

4. Export Settlements to QuickBooks

Once all the steps above are complete, your setup is finished and you can begin exporting settlements to QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks desktop.
