Onboarding Guide: QuickBooks Inventory with ConnectBooks

1. Connect Your QuickBooks File

Start by linking your QuickBooks file to ConnectBooks.

Once linked, you’ll need to connect your stores to the QuickBooks file.

2. Configure QuickBooks settings in ConnectBooks

Set up all the settings for how you’d like the data to flow into QuickBooks, from bank accounts to your chart of accounts and more.

3. Map listings to QuickBooks items

Map listings to QuickBooks items by linking each listing to the corresponding item name in QuickBooks. Be sure to carefully follow the steps for handling multipacks and group items. you can also use Excel to complete the mapping.

4. Export Settlements to QuickBooks

Once all the steps above are complete, your setup is finished and you can begin exporting settlements to QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks desktop.
