To compare Amazon brand advertising totals with what you see in ConnectBooks, you need to use a specific report in Amazon Ads and line it up correctly with the ConnectBooks columns.
Go to the Amazon Advertising portal and create a new report.
Report category: Sponsored Brands
Report type: Campaign placement
Time unit: Daily
Select your date range
Generate the report.
Important to know
Amazon does not separate Sponsored Brand Video ads from regular Sponsored Brand ads in this report. Everything is grouped into one total.
In ConnectBooks, add these two columns to the report using the column chooser:

1. Sponsored Brand Ads
2. Brand Video Ads
Add these two together, the combined total of Sponsored Brand Ads plus Brand Video Ads in ConnectBooks should match the total shown at the bottom of the Amazon Sponsored Brands campaign placement report, as long as the date range is the same.
