When a store disconnects from ConnectBooks, the cloud icon in the top-right corner of the screen will appear with a slash through it. This usually means the store's API token has expired and needs to be renewed.

To reconnect:
Log in to ConnectBooks.
Click the disconnected cloud icon in the top-right corner.
In the Stores Disconnected window, click Update (or Reauthenticate) next to the affected store.
You'll be redirected to the marketplace to re-authorize ConnectBooks. Once authorization is complete, the store reconnects automatically and sync resumes.
Repeat for each disconnected store. No historical data is lost.
