The AWD Inventory Report gives you a live view of your inventory within Amazon's Warehousing & Distribution (AWD) network. It helps you track how many units are inbound, available, reserved, or being sent to FBA.

Understanding the Report Columns

Here’s what each column in the report means:

  • Total: This is the sum of items currently available and those reserved within AWD.

  • Asset Value: The total of available and reserved units in AWD, multiplied by the item’s cost.

  • Inbound into AWD: Units that are currently on their way to AWD and in the receiving stage.

  • Available in AWD: Inventory that has been received by AWD and is ready to fulfill orders.

  • Outbound to FBA: Items that are being shipped from AWD to Amazon’s FBA network.

  • Reserved in AWD: Inventory that’s temporarily held due to customer orders, internal transfers, or processing within the fulfillment network.

Each of these columns includes filters and tooltips to help you dig deeper into the data.

Data Syncing & Time Limits

The AWD report syncs multiple times a day to keep your information current. However, it only shows data moving forward, historical data from before you reauthenticated or signed up your account isn’t available.

Reauthenticate Your Amazon Connection (If Needed)

If you signed up for AWD before October 25, 2025, you'll need to reauthenticate your Amazon account to enable inventory syncing. To do this, simply click the cloud icon in the top-right corner of your screen, then select “Reauthenticate.” Once reconnected, your data will stay up to date automatically.
