Under Type of report, select detailed view.

Once all fields are selected, click Request CSV Download.

After the report finishes generating, download the file

2. Click the Download tab at the top.
3. Under Type of report, select detailed view.
4. Set the Date range.
5. Once all fields are selected, click Request CSV Download.
6. After the report finishes generating, download the file
