How to find the settlement ID in Amazon

In some cases, ConnectBooks needs the actual Amazon settlement ID to get the full settlement data from Amazon.

How to resolve the issue:

Step 1: Login to Amazon Seller Central Go to the Amazon Seller Central website (sellercentral.amazon.com) and log in with your seller account credentials.

Step 2: Access Reports After logging in, you'll be taken to the Seller Central dashboard. Look for the "Reports" tab in the top menu and click on it.

Step 3: Choose Payments In the "Reports" section, you'll see various report options. Look

for the "Payments" section and click on it to access settlement-related reports.

Step 4: Go to Disbursements, find the corresponding date of the missing settlement report, and check the Settlement ID.

Note: Make sure you are logged into the correct Amazon marketplace country.

Step 5: Enter the settlement ID in the required field on ConnectBooks.
