Why aren't my uploaded fees showing on the P&L?

If you've uploaded ConnectStock fees and they're not appearing on your Profit and Loss report, the most common cause isn't missing data. It's a filter mismatch.

Why this happens

When you upload fees in ConnectStock, each fee gets filed under a specific customer and posted to a specific date. Two things can hide them on the P&L:

  1. Wrong customer filter. If your account has multiple customer contacts, uploaded fees can land under different ones (for example, Dropship, VC instead of Vendor Central). Filtering to a customer that doesn't hold any fees will return an empty report.

  2. Wrong date range. If the P&L date range doesn't cover the period when the fees were posted, they won't appear, even when the customer filter is correct.

How to fix it

  1. Open your P&L report.

  2. In the customer filter, either clear the selection (which shows all customers) or tick every customer that might hold the uploaded fees.

  3. Adjust the date range so it covers when the fees were posted.

  4. Re run the report.

Tip

To see which customer a fee was filed under and what date it was posted to, head to the Upload Fees screen. Each row shows both, so you can cross reference before setting your P&L filters.

If you've checked both the customer filter and the date range and your fees still aren't showing, reach out to support and we'll take a look.
