This error happens when you try to import a settlement, and some of the data is from a period that is closed in QuickBooks. In order to fix this issue, you must change the closing date in QB to something earlier than the earliest data of the settlement.

Once updated, go to the settlement, click delete from Quickbooks, and then click send it again to QuickBooks.
Update the web connector again in Quickbooks, and the settlement should come in.
