How to Resolve Permission Issues in QBO

If your ConnectBooks account is currently connected to QBO and authorized by an employee, you might not have the necessary permissions to import data.

To reconnect, log in to QBO as an admin, then navigate to "Manage Stores," go to QB settings, and select "Reconnect to QuickBooks."
