While the standard profit and loss report is powerful for viewing summary data, the product report is the source of truth, offering raw, original details for a deeper understanding. Here, you can delve into the raw transaction data for individual products, serving as both an analytical tool and a robust backup report.

What You’ll See:

  • All transactions from the marketplace

  • Order Date, Posted Date, and Shipped Date

  • All fees, including shipping fees from third parties (e.g., ShipStation)

  • Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)

Fees Display:
Fees appear under “Marketplace Fees” on the report page. Hover over the tooltip to see a breakdown of each fee.

Exporting the Report:
You can click the download button on the top right to export all data to excel, exporting to Excel provides even more detail:

  • Each fee becomes a separate column

  • The “Adjustment Type” includes a detailed explanation

  • You can review complete P&L data per order

Filtering Options:
Narrow your view using filters for SKU, ASIN, or Order Number.

You can also run the report by Order Date, Shipped Date and Posted Date.

You can also filter the report by store, and transaction type, like order, refunds, etc

If you choose to view the report by adjustments, hovering over each adjustment will reveal the description.

Excel Download Limit:
The Excel export supports up to 50,000 rows. To include all your data, reduce the date range accordingly.
