The All Listings page lets you manage SKUs, categories, mapping, and costs for all stores in one place—no need to open each store separately.
Update the Same SKU Across All Stores with One Excel Import
Go to:
Listings > All StoresSelect file: For item mapping, choose the correct ConnectStock or QuickBooks file from the dropdown on the header.
Export: Click Export (top right).
Edit in Excel:
Cost – Update the Cost column.
Category – Enter the correct category in the Class Name column found in the inventory settings export.
Mapping – Adjust marketplace mapping fields as needed.
Important:
To apply changes to all stores selling the same SKU, clear the ASIN column so it matches by SKU only.
If you leave ASIN filled, changes will only apply when both SKU and ASIN match.
Import:
Click Import.
Select your saved file and confirm the upload.
ConnectStock updates all listings that match your SKU/ASIN criteria.
Tips for Best Results
Remove the ASIN only if you want changes applied to all listings for a SKU, regardless of ASIN.
Always save a backup of your exported file before making edits.
