Managing FBA inventory is always a balancing act. Amazon may say you have 100 units, while your records show 140 units. You can file a case, but until Amazon adjusts (which may take weeks), your numbers won’t match.
Why It Matters
Accurate warehouse inventory is critical for:
Restock reports
Reorder decisions
Profitability tracking
If your inventory is off, your reports—and your decisions—will be off too.
The New Solution
ConnectBooks now gives you the option to schedule automatic warehouse adjustments.
Instead of making manual adjustments every time your inventory doesn’t match Amazon, you can schedule them to run automatically.
Choose the frequency: daily, every 2–3 days, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Apply it to the relevant warehouses
How It Works
In ConnectStock, Go to the Adjustments page.
On top right click on Schedule.
Select the adjustment type, warehouse and stores.
Choose your schedule frequency.
From then on, ConnectBooks will automatically adjust your inventory to match the warehouse actual reported numbers.
👉 The adjustment will run automatically the night of the day you select.
👉 Each adjustment will be created with the name “Auto Adjustment #1,” “Auto Adjustment #2,” and so on, incrementing sequentially.
Extra Controls
You can view all your scheduled adjustments in one place under View Scheduled on the Schedule adjustment popup.
From there, you can review, monitor, or delete an adjustment if you no longer want it.
Balanced Approach
Unlike other companies, which forces nightly adjustments, we let you decide the schedule. That way, you still have time to investigate discrepancies—but you won’t fall into the trap of endlessly chasing mismatched numbers.
👉 Result: Consistently accurate inventory, aligned with Amazon, without the headache of constant manual fixes.
