When adding fees, discounts, or other service items to an invoice in Connectstock, you can choose how they appear in your reports.
Display Options for Service Items
You have two ways to display a service item (like a fee or discount) on an invoice:
- Separate Line 
 The service item appears as its own line on the invoice, showing the name and amount clearly.
- Allocate to Items 
 If you turn on the "Allocate fee to items" option, the fee or discount will be distributed across all the items in the invoice. This means the fee will be shown as part of each item’s sale—similar to how FBA fees or discounts are displayed on the reports.
Reporting in P&L
You can also set on each service item in which column it should show in the P&L report: under Fees, Advertising, Income, or not at all.
- Fees 
- Advertising 
- Income 
- Or exclude it from the P&L report entirely 
Report Timing
The data from service items will appear in reports using the same date as the original invoice or adjustment they’re linked to.
