The Inventory Settings tab on the Listings page holds the restock details for each listing. A listing is a product you sell on a marketplace.
How it works
Each row is 1 listing. You fill in how much stock you want on hand and how long restocking takes, and the FBA Restock report uses these numbers to tell you when and how much to reorder. You can also tag a listing with a season and a buyer.
Edit 1 listing
To change a listing's settings:
Go to Listings and click the Inventory Settings tab.
Find the listing with the search box. To see only listings with sales, refunds or adjustments, tick Active.
Fill in the fields in its row:
Reorder Days: how many days of stock you want on hand, for example 30.
Safety Stock: extra pieces to keep in case a shipment is late.
Lead Time: days from when your supplier ships until the stock reaches FBA.
Seasonal: pick 1 or more seasons. To add a new season, type its name.
Buyer: pick 1 or more buyers from your users.
Click Save in the bar at the bottom. Click Cancel to undo your changes.
Things to know
Only account admins can assign buyers. Other users see a lock next to Buyer.
To see these fields, a user needs the Inventory Settings permission. To change them, it must be set to Edit and View. See How to Add a User and Set Permissions.
In the FBA Restock report, Safety Stock is taken off your stock, Lead Time moves the reorder date earlier, and Reorder Days sets how much to reorder. See FBA Restock Inventory Report Explained.
The Default Settings button sets values for new listings. See Set Default Inventory Settings for New Listings.
