We rely on Walmart to generate the detailed settlement report before we can compile the data to send it to QB. Walmart's detailed settlement report isn't always available immediately after closing. Because Walmart checks and organizes lots of data to ensure it's accurate before users can export it. This process includes handling complex information and making sure everything matches up correctly. Sometimes, system updates can also cause delays.

It can take up to 2-3 days after closing for it to be available. You can check if it's available on Walmart by going to the Payments Tab:
